AstraIA Gear was initially established in 2022 as a personal project briefing the tech news provoking legal issues and analysing the evolution of laws and regulations governing, related to new technology. It has been transferred to and it is now operated by AstraIA Gear Ltd., a company established under Vietnamese law and having the registered address at 224/10/3 Ung Van Khiem St. Thanh My Tay Ward Ho Chi Minh City 700000 Vietnam.
This blog reports the AIAG member’s research projects in addition to the legal update on tech, international trade news, emerging laws and regulations in the technology, economics fields around the globe. It also provides its analysis, investigation of new technology’s interaction with the foundational laws and principles. As the non-profitable nature of AstraIA Gear Ltd., this project aims to contribute to the research in the areas of tech laws and share with the students, young scholars the ideas, solutions responding to current legal issues.
