Meta prepares for a suspension order for transatlantic data transfer

Yesterday 26 April 2023, Meta (Facebook) published its First Quarter 2023 Results Report. In which, it prepares for the potential lateness of the proposed new EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Also, Meta predicted an eventual fine which is one of the expected impacts of litigation and government inquiries. The IDPC shall release its final decision no later than 12 May.
