On 29 Dec, 2022, the French government released a Decree of Dec 8, 2022 on the content and procedures of providing the mandatory information about the conditions of use of the automated driving system equipped for a partially or fully automated vehicle as defined by article R.311-1 points 8.1 and 8.2 Traffic Code (Code de la route). The decree emphasises not only the obligation of informing by the professional in the contract of sale or lease of the delegated vehicle, but also the acknowledgement of such mandatory information of the consumers must be demonstrated by this contract.
